Homemade Detox Drink


Are you in dilemma, as to from where you should buy detox drink and if it’s really worth purchasing from brands who claim they are the best?

Well!! you can obviously go with them, provided if they work, but what if you can actually prepare some easy detox drink at home… sounds wonderful right!!  I am gonna share few very easy DIY detox drink via my blog post.

To me, my drinks are “Tasty Bhi Aur Healthy Bhi”

For people who are not aware of Detox drinks, let me quickly tell you what it does. It Detoxifies the body by eliminating toxic substances. There are a number of fruits, vegetables and herbs that helps in the detoxification process and at the same time provide vitamins and minerals that keep the body functioning properly.

What you need: Lemon + Turmeric + Honey + Lukewarm Water


  • Squeeze out the juice of a lemon in a glass.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric to it, not too much.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Honey to it.
  • Mix all the above ingredients well in lukewarm water ( If you prefer cold then let it cool, but it’s not suggested to use cold water since honey does not dissolve properly in cold water).

Your Detox drink is ready to consume.



  • Lemon: Good source of Vit C, helps in digestion, prevent skin irritations.
  • Turmeric: Natural Anti-Inflammatory & Antioxidant, promotes heart health, promotes healthy digestion.
  • Honey: Rich in antioxidants, acts as anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, boosts metabolism.
